Worst hopitality, we booked deluxe room for 3 days paid the full amount for room shifted to the room but after 4-5 hrs the manager said that the room is not available for the third day and they shifted us to other room on third day which was in very bad condition, lot of noise was there . We complained but they said " Humne apko pehle hi bta dia tha" Food was also pathetic , hygiene was poor in hotel.

Visited pachmari recently, it's good place to go at least once,2days enough for it,booked pachmari hotel it's ok hotel,specious but you must check the bathrooms before stay,food is not up to the mark, cooperative staff,at last enjoyed Visit !

We were in last week of August and the service is exceptional, along with the quality of the rooms. A clean well lighted place with hot water. Special shout out to the food, heavenly. Very courteous and accommodating staff. And Pluto the pug!!! Chilling in the lobby. Must stay in pachmadhi.
